When do we initiate a return or exchange?
If the product received by you has a defect, is damaged, or is the wrong product only under these circumstances the product will be exchanged. In any other circumstances, no request for a return shall be entertained. Provided all tags and labels are intact and the product has never been used.
Opening video is mandatory — Please record an unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This helps us resolve any issues. Complaints without an opening video will not be accepted.
Sale items are final — Products sold during sale or clearance events are not eligible for exchange or return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Our team will validate your claim and then will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.
Return Shipping:
Handing over the parcel to the courier service in charge is the responsibility of the customer, after your complaint has been verified the details and procedure of refund shipping will be sent to your registered mail or mobile number. If there are any questions regarding the process you can always reach out to our customer service team.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days as a store credit. Store credits will remain in your account and can be used at checkout for future purchases on our online store.
Exceptions:
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or customizations. These items will be clearly marked as such on our website.
