When do we initiate a return or exchange?
If the product received by you has a defect, is damaged, or is the wrong product only under these circumstances the product will be exchanged. In any other circumstances, no request for a return shall be entertained. Provided all tags and labels are intact and the product has never been used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Our team will validate your claim and then will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Return Shipping:
Handing over the parcel to the courier service in charge is the responsibility of the customer, after your complaint has been verified the details and procedure of refund shipping will be sent to your registered mail or mobile number. If there are any questions regarding the process you can always reach out to our customer service team.  

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
